The online application process for FESCO new connection is completely free and easy to use. We have discussed a detailed process with pictures for your better understanding. But one thing to remember here is that before applying for a new connection, having certain documents is important.

Step 1: One your web browser and visit the ENC Portal. 

Step 2: The “Apply” button is on the page’s left side. If you’re unsure, refer to the image below for guidance.

Step 3: After choosing the “Apply” button, the next page will ask you about the reference number of your neighbor. Once you provide the required number, the portal’s system will automatically obtain the name and address of your neighbor, the electricity provider’s name, and the corresponding sub-division name and code. 

Step 4: In the 4th step, you will be asked to choose the load category you need; this choice depends on your consumption. For example, if you apply for a residential connection, your load requirement will be 7.5 KW. Therefore, you should choose the first option of loading up to 15 KW.

Step 5: Once you’ve entered the necessary details, you’ll be presented with different connection types. Choose the one that best suits your needs. For example, select the domestic connection type if you’re looking for a home-based connection.

Step 6: By choosing the desired connection type, scroll down the form to enter your details.

• If you are owing the property for which connection is required, select the “Landlord” option. If you are renting, choose the “Tenant” choice. 
• Next, kindly fill in the applicant’s complete name in the “Applicant’s Name” section and enter the name of their father or husband in the second field.
• Select the first option for citizenship if you are a Pakistani citizen. Enter your CNIC number and fill in the address on your national CNIC. 

• Enter your active mobile number in the “Mobile No.1” field. For the “Mobile No.2” field, please share your father’s or husband’s mobile phone number.
• The new connection form also asks for the contact details of the person getting the connection. If it’s for yourself, you can click on the “Same as Above” box, which will automatically fill in the details you have already entered. 

Step 7: In the next step, you will be asked about the appliances you will use at home. Choose the type from the available menu (like “Refrigerator” for fridge), and input the quantity (e.g., “1”). Now, you have to repeat all other appliances you plan to use. 

Step 8: After entering all the necessary details, you will be asked to upload the required documents. To do this, you must click the “Browse” button, select the scanned copies of each document, and upload them in their assigned fields. Dully check that all information is correct and accurate before submitting the form.

To apply for a new connection from FESCO, you should have to follow these steps.

1. To apply for a new connection, visit the nearest Customer Service Centre of FESCO and get an application form. You can also download it from the FESCO official website.  

2. Complete the application form with all correct details. You have to provide all the details, e.g. your name, address, mobile number, connection type (residential, commercial, or industrial), load requirement, 

3. Submit all necessary documents with your application form, which includes a photocopy of your NIC, a recent electricity bill, and proof of ownership where the electricity connection is to be installed. 

4. Submit the filled-out application form along with all required documents to the FESCO’s Customer Service Centre.

5. After the process of an application, the FESCO will undertake a feasibility analysis to assess the possibility of providing a connection in your area to assess the required load capacity. 

6. After finishing the feasibility study, FESCO will provide you with an estimation of the connection cost, including the connection fee, security deposit, and other relevant charges. 

7. Now, it is time to pay the connection fee to FESCO as per payment instructions. 

8. After completion of the payment process, FESCO will deliver a new connection to you within the assigned time frame.
